DUB COLLEGE
Back in the Bookclub team Banana continue the obsession with Bass Culture. The all new Roots Manuva backing band will be rocking brand new material with splashes of the usual Roots Manuva live repertoire. Them in the know that have been checking the podcasts http://soundcloud.com/banana-klan and present stream of Banana digital leakage will be pleased to know that remit is standard backyard niceness.
The extended front room of the Banana klan Multi media collaboration:
Close contact with the personnel behind the Roots Manuva (live) machine. Ricky Ranking has prepared an exclusive laptop session. Dj MK will be holding centre court with some extra curricular Dub wise ping pong. Mk's knowledge of the music is second to none, his record stash is 20,000 plus records deep. Brought to the Bookclub to demonstrate that there is more to Dub than meets the ear.
Dudes this will be an Edutainment of the highest pleasure principality. This has been carefully planned by Roots Manuva himself and although Bananaklan is a multi voiced collective this event is Roots Manuva's baby. In the essence of Manuva's sonic projections you can expect a celebration of defiant Uk Black adjustment.
Expect to hear lots of lesser heard music from the full span of bass cultures gullet.
Lots of goodies available for extremely reasonable prices. My lords and ladies i bid you ONE DUB!!!!!!!!!!!!!, in the name of Banana klan may we stick up the middle finger and celebrate our heroes past, present and future.
